How can I buy?

The buying process is simple. Once you enter our online store and make an online registration, you can navigate through our products and press the “add to cart” button for the ones you wish to buy. Then a message informs you that you have successfully added the product in your shopping cart and you have the choice of either continuing your navigation or going to your cart and completing the order.

Do I have to sign up to buy?

Yes it is necessary! The products of our company are addressed to health professionals (doctors, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, health organizations) so it is necessary to register. This will help you every time you want to make a new purchase by following a very fast process.

I forgot my password! What can I do?

You do not have to worry! Select the “Forgot your password?” link, fill in your email and click “send”. Soon you will receive a new temporary password in your e-mail address that will allow you to enter your account. After that, you can change the password with another one of your choice. In any case you do not need to make a new account!

When will you deliver my order?

All orders are shipped from our company either on the same day, if you make an order until 15:00, or the next business day from the day you placed your order. The delivery time is estimated between 1-3 days always depending on the delivery area.

How do I return a product?

Are my online transactions secure?

Once you complete your order, our online store will automatically send you an email informing you that your order has been registered, confirming that you have successfully completed your order.
