Trichotomized dishes with the following nutrients:
- blood agar, in which all aerobic bacteria grow and haemolytic gram(+) granules can be identified.
- Mac Conkey, suspension nutrient used for the culture, isolation and identification of enterobacteriaceae.
Enterococcus does not grow. - Sabouraud Dext. agar ,which is suitable for fungal cultures. It contains chloramphenicol for the inhibition of gram(+) and gram(-) bacteria.
Available in a 9cm drill.
