The HE4 CalSet is used to calibrate the Elecsys HE4 assay method.
For Elecsys 2010 and cobas e 411.
HE4 CalSet is a lyophilized horse serum to which HE4 protein (human, OvCar σειρά 3 cell line) has been added in two concentration ranges. Can be used with all batches of reagents.
The package contains:
- HE4 Cal1: 2 vials of Calibrator 1 (2×1.0mL)
- HE4 Cal2: 2 vials of Calibrator 2 (2×1.0 mL)
Available in a package of 4x1ml vials.
