RAPPAPORT VASSILIADIS BROTH 10ml BIOPREPARE is a nutrient recommended by ISO 6579, after the pre-enrichment stage (BPW), for the selective isolation of Salmonella spp .
This material was modified by reducing the concentration of Malachite green, optimizing the concentration of magnesium chloride and increasing the incubation temperature, thus offering a better pH stability of the prepared medium, resulting in improved recovery of Salmonella.
Available in a 10ml tube.
