Wrong shipping of products (code / quantity):

In case a customer does not receive the product he ordered or the quantity of the received product is wrong, our company takes responsibility of the return process (shipping and refunding).



If a customer receives a defective product, we advise the immediate notification of our sales department. Our company will handle the return and inspection of the defective product and contact the customer for the remaining process (refund or exchange if applicable to the situation).



The customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the products without any justification. The policy changes if a product has been specifically purchased for a client, as an agreement prior to ordering is signed by both the customer and the company.

For the withdrawal process the customer should declare it to the company via the withdrawal form (the form is provided for the convenience of the customer, it is not obligatory to use it), by email,fax or mail, giving the order number and the date of receiving the product.
The customer is obliged to return the product exactly in the condition that it was received, in its intact condition *, with the accompanying purchase documents and any other parts that may have been included upon delivery. The shipping cost for the return will be charged to the customer.

The company is required to return the money within 14 days after receiving the products at its headquarters.

* If the product has been unsealed or has been tampered with in any way, it will be returned to the customer at his own expense.
