How can I buy?

The purchase process is simple. After you enter our online store you select "LOGIN/SIGN UP" at the top right of our website and if you have registered, you can navigate to the products you wish to buy and select "ADD TO CART". A message then informs you that you have successfully added the product to your cart and you have the option to either continue shopping or go to your cart and complete the order.

Do I need to register to buy?

Yes it is necessary! Our company's products are addressed to health professionals (doctors, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, clinics, health organizations). This will help you whenever you want to proceed with a purchase, to follow a very fast procedure.

I forgot my password! What should I do?

No need to worry! Select the link "Lost your password?", fill in the requested information and click "RETURN CODE". Very soon you will receive at your email address a new temporary code that will allow you to access your account. After you have logged in you can change the password with another of your choice. In any case, you do not need to create a new account!

When will you deliver my order?

All orders are dispatched by our company either the same day, if you order by 15:00 and if the product codes are available, or the next working day from the day you placed your order. The delivery time is 1-3 working days depending on the delivery area. Delivery times are valid for all of Greece and are indicative. The company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the ordered products, which are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure events such as problems in the road network, severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.

How can I return a product?

Are my online transactions secure?

All transactions that you make through the are governed by International and European Law, Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994) and our online store uses encryption protocol SSL.

How do I know that my order has been successfully completed?

Once you have completed your order, our online store will automatically send you email which will inform you that your order has been registered, confirming that you have successfully completed your order and that it is being processed by our order department.
